Dick Eastland Memorial Fund

The Dick Eastland Memorial Fund is a charitable fund established to honor the life, memory, and legacy of Dick Eastland. The Fund reflects Dick’s belief in and commitment to the camp experience as an opportunity for young people to learn new skills, develop lasting friendships, and create memories that last a lifetime.

In recognition of the many selfless volunteers who helped Kerr County recover following the 2025 Guadalupe River flood, the Fund will support the local community by providing camp scholarships to children of individuals who generously served in rescue, recovery, and rebuilding efforts following the disaster, or were deeply affected by the flood. The Fund will also support flood-warning and water-protection technology designed to help make Hill Country residents and local camps safer.

Contributions should be made payable to The Cailloux Foundation, with “Dick Eastland Memorial Fund” noted on the memo line.
